ESRT Construction TRS L.L.C. (“ESRT Construction”) became the successor to Malkin Construction Corp. through the 2013 consolidation of certain companies which had been owned for decades by the Malkin family into a public REIT called Empire State Realty Trust. ESRT Construction’s experienced management team continues in place.

Through cycles and amidst competition, our construction professionals have earned a position of leadership in the industry.
