- ESRT Construction built a 120,000-square-foot corporate headquarters for ITT, an international, multi-billion dollar company in global defense, security and fluid technologies.
- The custom designed and engineered spiral staircase was suspended from steel girders below a 100' diameter skylight framed in LED lighting.
- A 60' waterwall with infinity pool showcases the firm's product, logo and branding.
- Extensive use of glass, exotic wood and terrazzo were combined in an architecturally significant design to create a dramatic and visually appealing space.
- Over five months of preconstruction work included budgeting, value engineering, design coordination, phasing plans, and scheduling. A compressed construction schedule, along with Client requests for early occupancy, split deliveries, design changes and expedited completions, added to a challenging project, which ESRT executed on time and on budget.
