- ESRT Construction completed this interior office installation totaling 40,000 square feet.
- Working closely with the client's real estate and project management teams, ESRT Construction assisted in integrating the firm's national standards with location-specific requirements through the installation of hoteling office space, a site-wide sound masking system for greater individual privacy, and high-end finishes, while adhering to the client's very tight budget and schedule constraints.
- ESRT Construction assisted in decommissioning former space that had been occupied by the client for over 20 years, allowing for a multi-phased move-in of the client's equipment and staff.
- Special features of the build include Dual Skyfold partitions to divide and enlarge state-of-the-art meeting and training areas, high-density file system installed over covered rails to reinforce the existing building slab floor, and supplemental HVAC systems to allow for 24/7 utilization of the space.
- Spanning two buildings, the demised space was combined by installing specialized expansion joints to allow for the removal of the structure in between the buildings and the floors to function as one.
