- This 40,000-square-foot office build out was done in two phases and in two separate, but connected, buildings in order to coordinate simultaneously with extensive base building renovations.
- Precise coordination and planning of above ceiling mechanical and electrical systems was done to achieve maximum desired ceiling heights.
- Redundant heating and cooling for 5,000-square-foot trading floor and IT room was provided via new roof mounted dry cooler with pump package feeding four new Liebert and fifteen heat pumps.
- A new 250 Kw emergency generator was installed to provide redundant electrical power to the IT room, trading floor, key support areas and redundant heating and cooling equipment. IT equipment was protected by a FM 200 fire suppression system.
- Italian glass partitions with sliding doors at perimeter offices with electronically controlled shades for natural daylighting were installed to improve worker productivity and reduce energy costs.
- Redundant underground concrete encased multi cell conduits were installed from remote points of entry from the street into the building for new fiber optic service.
- Trading desks and office furniture with state of the art telephone, data and video/conferencing systems.
- White porcelain floor tile in a brickwork pattern, repeating and alternating tiles of different sizes, and white Italian book matched marble countertops and matching full height backsplashes.
- Walnut stained custom millwork for book cases, full height frameless doors, reception desk with stainless steel base and credenzas; custom African bamboo lunch room table and high end appliances.
