- ESRT Construction completed an out-of-ground addition and state-of-the-art renovation of an existing structure at this 60-unit senior housing facility.
- Class A finishes include designer carpets, ceramic tile bathrooms, cherry millwork and plank flooring, gas fireplaces and arched soffits and walls.
- Residential units, including assisted living apartments, dementia / Alzheimer's apartments, and skilled nursing units, were upgraded. Each private residence includes its own private bathroom and kitchenettes.
- Upgraded facility amenities include a fully-equipped rehabilitation center, three full-service kitchens with separate dining rooms, two spas, and beauty salon.
- A new 800 KW Generator and gas heat mechanical rooftop units with separate PTAC units servicing each apartment replace old MEP services and equipment. Systems upgrades include two new elevators and a fire sprinkler protection system and a nurse's call and wander-guard system in the dementia wing.
- Site work provides new utilities for gas, water and electrical service. A new complete storm water system includes a retention pond, enlarged parking lot, new concrete walks and curbs, irrigation system and landscaping. Flowering plants and shrubs, winding sidewalks and a surrounding fence create a large "safe garden" off of the memory impaired wing.
