- When Torm, an international shipping company founded in 1899, opened its first US location in Stamford, CT, they turned to ESRT Construction to build its 10,000 sq. ft office.
- The open design of the space combined modern European elements that were balanced by the natural wood flooring that was selected to emulate ship planks.
- Glass perimeter walls were built to allow greater penetration of natural light into interior space for enhanced employee productivity.
