- ESRT Construction completed a full demolition and subsequent construction, totaling 25,200 square feet, for this Client, a fine wine merchant and distributor.
- The space was designed to reflect the firms history, including high-end, detailed millwork throughout.
- Executive areas feature a barrel-inspired boardroom, acid-etched glass, a private restroom and full-service pantry.
- Custom features include a cork-floored presentation room for wine tasting events, a marketing service area designed to foster creativity and flow of ideas, and a wine room created to house over 4,500 bottles in a controlled ambient environment.
- Design for this space was reviewed and enhanced throughout the project, requiring close communication with both the Architects and the Client to ensure that the finished product not only was delivered on-time and under budget, but also met every need expressed by each of the firm’s diverse departments.
